SigBlock (“the Service”) is a browser-based HTML email signature generator operated by Frequency AI Ltd, trading as Cashew Crate. The Service generates email signature HTML code entirely within your web browser.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SigBlock, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

SigBlock offers a free tier with limited daily usage and a Pro subscription ($5/month) with unlimited usage. Pro subscriptions are managed through Polar and can be cancelled at any time. The Crate Pass ($15/month) provides Pro access across all Cashew Crate applications.

4. Privacy and Data

All signature generation occurs in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal details, contact information, or any data you enter into the signature builder. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

The signature HTML output generated by SigBlock is yours to use freely. The SigBlock service, templates, and design are the intellectual property of Frequency AI Ltd.

6. Disclaimer

SigBlock is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated signatures will render identically in every email client. Email client rendering varies and is beyond our control.

7. Refunds

Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
